PAYMENTS

Credit cards and Paypal:

It is possible to buy with Paypal even if you do not have an account, using your credit card or debit card from the Paypal web page, then choosing the item “pay by credit card” and entering your personal information, your email and a new one password. As soon as the payment for your order is received, I will send you a confirmation email as well as an approximate delivery date of your jewels.

Orders will be processed within 2 working days of your order. I ship wherever you are with GLS courier.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

In case you have rethought your purchase, you can send the item back through the return procedure, by writing an email to paparesta.accessories@gmail.com. Each jewel can be returned within 14 days from the date it was received. The item must be returned unused, in the same condition in which it was received and in the same packaging. The return costs are at your expense and the return must be made with a traceable shipping service. Once the item has been returned and within the following 14 working days, you will be refunded the amount due.
